LexTalent.ai ("we," "our," or "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy of all users — candidates, recruiters, and enterprise clients. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding your personal information. By using LexTalent.ai, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Data We Collect
When you complete an Agentic Challenge, we collect: your submitted planning notes, tool call sequences, reflection annotations, and final deliverable. This data forms your Behavior Log — an immutable, timestamped event stream that powers your Agentic Readiness Score.
We collect your name, professional email address, LinkedIn profile URL (optional), GitHub profile URL (optional), and current employer. We do not collect government-issued ID, date of birth, or financial information.
We collect standard web analytics data: pages visited, time on page, browser type, and IP address (anonymized after 30 days). We do not sell this data to third parties.
With your explicit consent, your skills, tools used, and professional connections may be incorporated into our anonymized Knowledge Graph to improve matching accuracy. You may opt out at any time.
3. How We Use Your Data

- →To improve our scoring models and challenge scenarios (using anonymized, aggregated data only)

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share your assessment data only with: (a) recruiters and employers you have explicitly authorized by accepting a challenge invitation; (b) service providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements; and (c) law enforcement when required by applicable law. We never share your data with third-party advertisers.
5. Data Retention
- →Assessment results and Behavior Logs: retained for 24 months from submission date
- →Identity information: retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months
- →Anonymized, aggregated benchmark data: retained indefinitely for platform improvement
- →You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7)
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Behavior Logs are stored as append-only records and cannot be modified after submission — ensuring the integrity of your assessment data.
