Role-Based Access Control
LexTalent.ai ships with a multi-tier RBAC model that separates candidate data from recruiter operations and restricts administrative functions to designated platform owners.
SAML 2.0 and OIDC support is in active development, targeting Q2 2026. This enables seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and Ping Identity โ the identity providers most commonly deployed by AmLaw 200 and Magic Circle firms.
SAML 2.0 + OIDC. Workforce Identity Cloud. Most common in AmLaw 200.
Azure Active Directory SAML / OIDC. Standard for Magic Circle and Big Law.
PingFederate SAML 2.0 connector. Common in regulated financial-legal environments.
Any OpenID Connect 1.0 compliant provider. Covers Google Workspace and custom IdPs.
ATS & Workflow Integrations
LexTalent.ai assessment results โ including the full 6-axis radar report and Agentic Readiness Score โ can be exported and integrated into your existing talent acquisition workflow.
Full candidate data export including all 6 axis scores, AI reasoning notes, tool call logs, and verdict. Compatible with any ATS that supports CSV import.
Native Greenhouse integration via Harvest API. Automatically push Agentic Readiness Scores and radar report PDFs to candidate profiles.
Workday integration via REST API. Sync assessment results directly to candidate records with configurable field mapping.
Lever integration via Postings API. Trigger LexTalent.ai assessments from Lever pipeline stages and receive results automatically.
iCIMS integration for enterprise law firms using the iCIMS Talent Cloud. Supports bidirectional data sync.
RESTful webhook notifications on assessment completion. JSON payload includes all scores, metadata, and a signed report URL. Available to all Enterprise plan customers.

Dedicated database partition for Enterprise customers. Your candidate data is never co-mingled with other organisations. Available with dedicated infrastructure option.

We are committed to SOC 2 Type II certification and will share our progress transparently. Below is the current status of each control domain. We do not claim certification until the independent audit is complete.
